The location of the hotel is convenient for short stays and the staff are friendly and accommodating. the rooms are outdated and lack basic amenities. Despite this, the breakfast offers good options at a fair price in comparison to nearby cafes. the airport shuttle is reliable and affordable.
The hotel lacks proper maintenance and is in dire need of renovations.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The reception allowed me to stay longer. The breakfast was really good. The room was quiet and peaceful. The Check-in process was fantastic. The Airport Shuttle was reasonably priced. The short night stay was comfortable. The hotel is recommended for staying in Bucaramanga.

During my Easter stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service provided by the hotel team. The staff was kind and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. The location was also ideal, providing easy access to a nearby park and shopping center. the breakfast menu was quite diverse and delicious.
One cannot help but notice the state of the hotel's infrastructure. The building is quite old and could use some updating to modernize its facilities.

During my Xmas stay, I was delighted by the friendly and helpful staff that made my check-in process a breeze. the hotel's airport shuttle service was also a massive plus for me, and I found it to be a fair price for the distance covered. the hotel's central location made it easy for me to find my way around the city.
I was not impressed by the hotel's overall condition. It seemed quite old and in desperate need of a renovation.
